Learning & Development Manager – Noel Leeming Group
Susan manages the Learning and Development (L&D) function for Noel Leeming Group. In this role she is responsible for all the training, development and learning solutions for the team across both Support Office and in-store functions.
Leading a highly capable team of eleven, Susan strives to deliver excellent L&D solutions across the Group. Working together they develop and execute L&D strategy, which plays a critical role in the delivery of the overall business strategy.
Susan works closely with suppliers, stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure innovative solutions are in place to meet their varied needs. Susan also oversees the Group’s Leadership Programmes from the development stage right through to their successful facilitation.
A true retailer, Susan has spent 18 years in the industry working for the likes of UK Supermarket chain Sainsbury’s, The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery. Her career spans Operational, HR and L&D Management roles giving her a broad understanding of retail’s ins-and-outs.
