About the Role:
Advertising may be outsourced to agencies, have someone responsible internally or a mixture of both. The role aims for consumers to take action by effectively showcasing products, services or the brand in order to maximize sales through creative design and effective use of content.
An average day will include:
Produce creative concepts and designs
Write proof for campaigns
Create print files
Liaise with marketing and external agencies
Grow relationships with suppliers
Understand distribution strategies
Report on campaign effectiveness
Strong communication skills, the ability to write and speak effectively, organisation skills, and eye for detail and capacity for statistical analysis. A tertiary qualification is often preferable.
