About the Role:
Often within an environment that sells technical product, the in-store Customer Service person provides consultative knowledge to customers to ensure they’re getting the right product for their needs.
An average day could include:
Speaking individually to customers
Offering solutions and suggestions to customers
Under going training on the latest products
Complete sales at a register
Maintaining the cleanliness of the store
A positive attitude and personality are required for this position. An honest and reliable person who is flexible and can listen to instructions will be favourable when interviewing to be a Retail Assistant.
